Your 8-week journey begins when your access is activated.

PAYMENT & NO REFUNDS
The program fee is paid one time for your 8-week PUSH GROUP MAX experience.
All payments are strictly non-refundable once access has been granted.

PROGRAM ACCESS
Your access is personal to you.
You may not share your account, login details, program access or resources with another person.
Unauthorised sharing of access may result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, upload, teach, publish or commercially share any program material without permission.
ACCOUNTABILITY & COMMUNITY
PUSH GROUP MAX includes accountability activities designed to encourage you to take action and complete your missions.
However, accountability does not mean unlimited personal access to Coach Jacbell.
One-on-one coaching, private consulting or other premium services are separate offers unless specifically stated as part of your purchase.
COMMUNITY CONDUCT & EVICTION
PUSH GROUP MAX is a serious business community.
We expect members to treat Coach Jacbell, the team and other members with respect.
A member may be evicted from the program/community without a refund for:
* Harassment, bullying or abusive behaviour
* Threatening or disrespectful conduct
* Sharing or reselling program materials
* Sharing login details or unauthorised access
* Spamming or aggressively soliciting members
* Fraudulent or dishonest activity
* Deliberately disrupting the community
* Any behaviour that compromises the safety, privacy or learning experience of other members
* if tasks are not done repeatedly.
We reserve the right to remove any member whose conduct is considered harmful to the PUSH GROUP MAX community.

PUSH GROUP MAX may include guest speakers, masterclasses, bonus resources and additional educational materials.
These are provided as additional value and may change based on availability, scheduling or program needs.
1. PROGRAM CHANGES
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the program structure, schedule, speakers, resources or method of delivery where necessary to improve the participant experience.
The core purpose of the program remains learning, implementation, accountability and business growth.
